Waxing at home?

Anybody do this at home ? I was looking into it but not really sure if it’s worth it? I was looking into using hard wax. 
Pros, cons?

For the pain and the massive mess you're left with and the ease of hurting yourself, go to a professional. At least do professional until the follicles are so dead it doesn't hurt much anymore.

It’s hard to get all the areas and it hurts like hell. You could try sugaring. I think that’s what it’s called. It’s more user friendly. Wax is such a mess and it’s hard yo get the right angle and temp and also pretty hard uh inflict pain on yourself.
