I always wait till my doctor confirms. I had a test just like this ...4 of them actually. Ended not being pregnant.

You could wait until 12 weeks when chances of miscarriage are lower but I would shout it from the rooftops

Personally i think its ridiculous to announce to anyone besides a spouse/partner before even seeing a doctor. I prefer to wait till 12 wks, while mc can still happen the chances decrease a good amount. If you want to announce, then announce when you want.
