Underweight - Weight gain
So the doctor has referred us to the fertility clinic after ttc for 3 years, but has also told me I need to try and put on some weight. I eat healthy and decent size portions but can never seem to put on weight. Any ideas for ways to put on weight? Thankyou 😘
