Anyone else ALWAYS have a bad taste in their mouth?? It’s subtle but always there. Crackers don’t even taste right, let alone other foods. It doesn’t make my food taste bad but I almost can’t stand the taste of water now... WATER. Lol and I love water! Just wondering if anyone else had experience with this?? I’m 7w4d

That's how I realized I was pregnant, my favorite foods didnt taste right, like everything had a different taste, but I guess my favorites were the most noticable. And I could smell literally everything.

Is it a metal taste? Having a metallic taste is a normal pregnancy symptom. I’ve never experienced it, but know many who have. Some prenatal vitamins give me a constant bad taste in my mouth. I just switch vitamins. Currently loving CitraNatal my doc prescribed me after I sampled them. They have a stool softener in them. Win, win for me since prenatals also cause me constipation.

I have had the exact same thing since about 2 days. I'm 7w2d at the moment. I thought it was something I ate yesterday but today it was the same if not worse and yes... my water tastes horrendous! It tastes like a combination of metallic and bad morning breath! 🤣

Hey I found that a bag of minties to chew on has really helped me, I keep a bag at work and a bag at home and get one out after I eat anything, if I don’t have and chewy works too, hope that helps
