UTI help?

Hey ladies,
I have a UTI and unfortunately I have just started a new job where my insurance doesn’t kick in for another month and a half so I can’t go to my gyno for meds. 
I was wondering if anyone knows of any otc medicine or home remedies that actually work and will help rid of it without any doctors visits?

Yeah staying hydrated is the best thing to do. Make sure you’re constantly peeing to flush everything out. Holding urine in can actually make it worse. I believe there is an over the counter med for pain, it kinda just numbs the pee tube lol. I forget what its called tho, but im sure you can find it! Good luck ✨

I woke up about two weeks ago and went and peed and instantly knew I had a UTI. I went to the store and bought two things of cranberry juice. Went home and made a jug of water. 
That’s all I drank for that day. Just a shit load of cranberry juice and water. 
People say it only lessens the side affects of a UTI but it didn’t come back after that and I felt better by the end of the day... I’m jut saying 🤷🏼‍♀️

D-mannose is supposed to be good and has apparently has some scientific evidence to support it works. You can buy antibiotics for uti's in the UK online from some pharmacies or online Dr's. Not sure about other countries though
