What are you drinking with nausea?!

Question

I suffer from pretty bad nausea. This is baby r and it's the norm. I'm like dying of thirst. I'm very careful about when I drink water. I drink a lot of Gatorade and a bit of Sprite. What else do yal drink?

Right now water makes me feel worse. I only use sprite or ginger ale when the nausea is really bad. I've been drinking mostly Gatorade since it doesn't make me feel sick.

Fresh mint leaves in my water is all that is currently helping me.

I drink straight distilled water. Occasionally some ice tea. My husband had kidney failure due to sever dehydration. The specialist said that Gatorade and Power-aid are actually some of the worst things you can drink. I do occasionally add some flavor to my water, and love infusing fruit!

Sprite, strawberry kiwi propel, water with lemon, and lots of watery fruits/veggies helped me (watermelon, grapes, cucumber)

I haven’t done it yet but last time I drank sparkling water whenever I wanted soda. Sometimes I just got sick of drinking water. Right now chocolate milk is my thing lol

Girl I am right there with you. The thought of plain ol’ water makes me so nauseous. I’ve been drinking flavored seltzer water and the carbonation seems to help. I’ve also been drinking low sugar Gatorade and chocolate milk. Haven’t had chocolate milk since I was a kid but I’m craving it like crazy!

I add a little juice to my water and it helps me drink enough!

Gatorade is about all I can keep down ginger ale makes me horribly sick and water is no better😂
