Pregnant while on the pill?

Do you know someone who is on the pill bout still got pregnant after taking them correctly. I just started my combination pills and in nervous about intercourse. 😅

When it is used correctly the pill is 99.7% effective. Correct use doesn’t just mean taking it every day around the same time. It also means accounting for other medications that may interact, vomiting and diarrhea. Make sure you read the pamphlet that came with your pill!

I don’t. Just take them at the same time every day, wait for a week after you’ve started to stop using condoms (not every pack, just the first one), if you miss a pill or take one hours late use backup protection like condoms. 
The pill is very effective when used perfectly, and even typical use is still 91% effectiveness.
