We all know what it’s like while we are trying to lose weight...start a new diet...keep on the diet. Wanting it so bad...sometimes crying..sometimes wanting to die after a workout.

If you had something /a way to receive compliments /a way to get through the day to day grind.....trying to get through another 30 Days ....marking days off on the calendar....would that be helpful?😊
