I’m so tired!

I don’t get this ovulation thing I already have 2 kids but it was always a surprise.... now that my bf and me are actually trying... we keep failing. Is it Bc I was on an iud for so damn long... is it Bc I’m older.... is it Bc we are not having sex like rabbits Bc of his work... 😩 we trying so hard and keep getting disappointed every month.... HELP 😢
