Brown Bleeding please help

Hey everyone. I am taking my pill pack back to back this month. I only started my new pack two days ago. I have desperate brown bleeding at the moment and my period is due. I’ve cramps in my stomach and I just had bad diarrhea there. Is there a chance I could be pregnant ?
