Smelling different?

Hey ladies I’m currently 9dpo and (sorry tmi) but I’ve noticed that my discharge smells different, it smells almost sweet (gross I know). I’ve also been cramping mildly for the past couple days, my nipples are kinda tender and I’ve been feeling almost sick very sluggish, tired and nauseous. My tests so far have been all BFN but I have line eyes of course😒🙄 but what I’m asking is has anyone ever noticed smelling different and ended up pregnant or is this in my head? I know 9dpo is early but fuck
