This is my first post on any of the groups. I’m just looking for some advice really...

After my mc in September we’ve been ttc (using OPKs/EPO/folic acid etc. Every month I see a negative test I’m literally heartbroken all over again! I’ve seen a lot of success stories after being prescribed Clomid. I mentioned this to my doctor and he completely brushed off the idea and told me to relax and wait (very easy for a middle age man with a family to say) my question is - for those of you who have taken Clomid, do you recommend it? And can you only get a prescription from your doctor? I’m not sure if I need to have certain checks before taking it too. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you xx
