Insight needed please

Okay so my primary care dr ordered vag us with one hour urine hold.

I haven’t ovulated yet. Seems this cycle is another delayed o. I’m on Cd 10 today and day 3 of High reading on cb digital. My us is Friday which will be Cd 12.

My cycles are short since coming off mierna December 2017. I’m 33 this year. I’m worried I may have blocked tubes from mierna or something. Severe pain not on af but around o time. Meaning the majority of my cycle. Once I start af it stops and I’m no longer sick. I spot for days and light af. Lp is short.

So the question is... is this pricey test worth it being where I am in my cycle?
