1 year old daughter, had a funny smell to urine, & and body odor.

Ask doc to have her tested for maple syrup unine disease... / all amino acids. (Usually funny odors from urine are not right.)

Results come back and positive. For almost everything ....

For people who dont know... theses are all proteins from food / liquids that is broken down by the body, lack of proper break down, can result in liver damage, liver failure, blindness, blood problems, inaccurate growth if not treated early. .. so on and so on.

Most of theses can be controlled, with vitamins and a accurate diet, a some will resolve once adult. But will last a life time.

Like most moms, I'm a internet reader, and im freaking my self out, any moms with similar situations to calm my nerves a bit?

And yes I am aware nobody will be able to tell me accurate information about her exact situation besides her doctor. However, just looking for foods or ideas on what to feed her to help with this situation until her specialty appointment is set up.
