So I’m 31, diagnosed with PCOS at 14, and have been TTC our first for almost 6 years now. We’ve gone thru almost every avenue to conceive besides going full force into fertility treatments.

Anyways, last month I started taking provera again to induce a period. 2 weeks after my period I light bled for 2 days. Didn’t think much about it since I have the most irregular cycles and bleeding ever. Well fast forward to this month. 2 weeks after my last period I’m spotting again. Based on this app I should have start ovulating yesterday which is when I started spotting. Now me and my husband had sex 2 days ago. I can’t figure out if this this just regular mid cycle PCOS bleeding, bleeding from sex, or bleeding bc of ovulation. I can say the bleeding isn’t very heavy at all and it isn’t exactly “fresh” period blood.

Has anyone else experienced ovulation bleeding/spotting? Is it truly a thing?
