Tummy time???

How often do you mommas put baby on tummy time??? If your baby rolls over I wanna know your tricks lol how many times do you put them on their belly there has to be a secret 😂

Depends on the day. Sometimes only once, sometimes 3 times. I usually keep him there until he starts crying. If he’s just making noise and not really crying yet, I leave him because he’s still trying and I want him to have time to figure it out. Usually only lasts a few minutes, but the intervals keep getting a little longer each day.

I sound lazy. Lol. We do tummy time maybe once or twice a week. She has amazing head control, she is almost all the way over from back to belly, she is pulling herself up into a sitting position. She doesn’t hate tummy time but she usually fusses and then starts to fall asleep during tummy time so we don’t really do it. And with a toddler at home, it’s just not the easiest.

I started putting her on her belly at about a week old. I’d set her on my chest/belly multiple times a day when she was that young. Once I started seeing her lift her head I’d started her in the mat. From about a month on I’d put her on her mat about 3 times a day. And at 10 weeks she rolled from tummy to back for the first time. So just put your baby on their tummy as often as you can! They might not like it at first but eventually they will.

I dont do it much, she spends a good amount of time on her belly on my chest, but hates tummy time elsewhere. She hates it so much shes learned to roll over to get out of it 😂. Her head control has been great since birth, so I mostly wanted her to learn to push herself up, but shed just scream. Now she screams and rolls over. Punk.

I try for 2-3x a day! Anywhere from 5-15min. I leave him on his tummy until he starts to get fussy but sometimes he is content hanging out like that. He started rolling once or twice a few weeks ago and this past week has been rolling tummy to back pretty consistently. He’s 11 weeks old. My daughter didn’t roll until 4 months and we did lots of tummy time. I just think every baby is different
