Is this a knot in the umbilical cord? I prob won’t know till Friday and I’m freaking out

They would know if there was a knot in the umbilical cord because when they check the blood flow it would be restricted.

Does not look like it is. And even if it is, it does not have to be a problem. Umbillical cord is made of tough stuff, and it won’t easily cause a cut off in oxigen or something. Only downside can be that it may be shorter, wich causes just some extra monitoring during birth itself.
Especially no problem while still in the womb!
