Boil like bumps on inner thigh?

So i keep getting these ingrown hair looking boils on the inside of my thigh and under my thigh..puss usually comes out of them if they pop but if not they usually stay there for like a week then go away but comes back at random. They are painful and they hurt the worst if I walk since that’s where my skin rubs together at. I am also plus sized so I’m thinking this has a lot to do with the chub rubbing together? I soak in epsom salt baths to help but I’m all out. Anyone know how to help it?
