I need tips for better eating habits while pregnant
I work a full time job and go to college part time , which sometimes distracts me from even feeling hungry or getting a snack. I have only gained around 10 pounds during this pregnancy so far and my son is very healthy on ultrasounds so far but I would really like help and ideas on meal plans and getting a better diet my eating habits have barely changed since before getting pregnant I want to make sure my baby is getting all his nutrients !
