I think I’m finally pregnant again after miscarriage

I had a missed Miscarriage in August and was supposed do be due April 1st. And all this 2 weeks before our wedding. I told a test today and it’s a faint line. I’m just hoping my baby sticks this time. I’m so nervous I’ll have another miscarriage. The doctor has me on progesterone so hopefully that helps.
