When is it necessary to check your moles ?

So I’ve had this mole on my back since i can remember, but it got bigger ! Soo i don’t know if i should worry or not 🤔 opinions ladies ?

i would get it checked. could be something serious, could be nothing. 🤷🏻‍♀️ its better to be safe just in case !!

A- asymmetrical 
B- border irregularities 
C- color isn't even
D- diameter greater than 6 mm
E- evolving size/shape/color

Since it's bigger, I'd get it checked for your own peace of mind.  I had one similar on my nose and they actually removed it in-office that same day.
