Not losing weight

So I had to go for C-Sec after failed induction and it’s been nearly 7 weeks but I haven’t lost any weight yet 😫😩 is this supposed to happen or what’s other ways to lose weight? Cuz I was size 6-8 now I’m 10-12 😩 p.s 10.5 stones 😢😭😢😭😭
