I started using the nuvaring a month ago and I chose to take it out after the 3 weeks so that I can get my period. Today I’m supposed to start using a new one but my period just started today. Does anyone know if it’s safe to put it back or should I wait until my period ends. Btw my cramps are terrible idk of putting the ring back on will make them better or not. Help pls.
