So I gave birth November 14 and in my postpartum check my doctor gave me birth control he stated since I was breastfeeding he was going to put me on the mini pill

I was given Errin I've been taking it for a month now and I've been getting my period every other week😵

My first period on the pill was super heavy and lasted about 8 days however so far they have came back to its regular self but I literally have my period one week and stops for about a week or shy of a week and it comes back for about 6 days

I'm pretty sure this is not normal however I recently moved and been waiting for all my insurance to settle in which is why I haven't gone to the doctor

Has this happen to anyone?

My bf says we should just go to the hospital but I dont think it's that much of an emergency

Any ideas what it could be?
