I’ve been using that exact method for 3 years. No baby yet!
I can’t take hormonal birth control for health reasons.
However, my husband and I are in a place where it wouldn’t be the end of the world if we had an accident though. We understand the consequences of this form of birth control failing.

I think pulling out with the condom is overkill. Just use a condom every time. The only 100% pregnancy prevention is abstinence and I know you probably don’t want that.

Condoms are just as effective as regular birth control when used correctly, so if you are AND he’s pulling out to ejaculate, you should be more than covered.
