CD 45, - HPT & - Blood Test

I’m on CD 45. My cycle ranges from 29-33 days, so I have no idea what’s going on. No sign of AF. HPT shows BFN. Took a blood test two days ago, Dr just called and told me it was negative. Anyone go through the same thing and have any positive outcomes? Is there any hope for me this cycle? Thanks.
