Period no but negative test too

On Dec 15 2018 I had my baby had unprotected sex with my husband.

No period just took a pregnancy test it said negative going to my post partum appointment soon as I can possible Tommorow or after.

Also I heard I don't need to schedule a appointment for it I just show up is that true anyone know.

Also my period hasn't come since giving birth on Dec 15 2018 but the pregnancy tests is negative.

Just took it 1 minute ago shouldn't my period been here already.

I Google how soon can i take a tests it said one month after is not too soon it should be accurate.
