I was on antibiotics 6 weeks ago. The pharmacist did mention that if I was on birth control pills I should use a back up method of birth control, but when I asked if I needed to with Nexplanon she said probably not, and I didn’t think much of it. I’ve been using Nexplanon for over a year and a half. In the last 6 weeks I’ve experienced migraines, trouble sleeping, heartburn, enlarged breasts, dizziness, no spotting or discharge. None of this has been normal side effects of the birth control and i don’t have a regular period. I took a pregnancy test about 3+ weeks ago and it came back negative, but two days ago I started spotting again and there have been some small clumps of blood. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?
