My mom is growing hives everywhere and wats READ!

I’m in the medical field and I honestly don’t know if I should take her or not called the Er they’re not able to tell me if I should come in or not so I want your advice if this was you.

She hasn’t ate anything nor drank anything different all we’ve done today was watched movies and shows and had a relaxing day. Around 6 the itching began. She’s now she telling me at 2 in the morning what’s going on. It started small now it’s in flamed they’re coming and going but it’s traveling. The bumps get small then big. She says it feels like something is crawling inside her and it burns. I think she should go but she’s not listening. I’m looking at her skin now and it’s not getting better and it is not normal. So would you take her if it was you??? She doesn’t want to go for no reason which I get I work in the med field and it drags but rather be safe then sorry. I know it could be a virus or allergic reaction, stress etc.
