I've totally stopped it all this month. Normally I bbt, check cm and even cervical position. This month I used opks to give me a rough idea when I got my surge and dtd. I'm currently 4 dpo, period is not due till the 17th. I'm planning not even test till the 16th. I just need a break from it all.
