Just finished this book in a couple hours after seeing it recommended in a random people magazine that my boyfriend swiped from the doctor's office.

The first fiction book, or really any book, that I've read in years (but especially fiction lol).

Pretty good! I was very intrigued&invested the whole time. Having a little sister I'm close to made a lot of it relatable.

Only critique is the ending came fast and felt overly simple. I think it was a very intentional choice on the authors part though.

Bonus points that its a black female author!
