When do things get better? 😩

I thought things got better in the second trimester? They seem to be getting worse! The sickness won’t go away and now it’s back pain and being uncomfortable! Let’s just say I’m not looking forward to this pregnancy at all!

I hear ya. I’m 20 weeks now. Been nauseous since 6 weeks... I had a good stretch of no vomiting (brought to me by unisom) from week 14-18 but since then it’s bad nausea and some vomiting each week, even with unisom now. My energy levels are worse than first trimester too. The only thing that improved was my food aversions but otherwise the entire pregnancy just got worse in second trimester 🤷🏻‍♀️ I feel like everyone around me lies about second trimester being amazing.

I felt the same. I reached 14 weeks and was still insanely nauseated. I threw up from week 6 until week 14... then things started to get better.. I had about 3 weeks of no vomiting then at week 17 and 18 I got sick again... I’m 29 weeks now and haven’t vomited since week 18 but occasionally experience mild nausea. (nothing compared to what I experienced at the beginning) orange juice was my go to nausea treatment. 
As for the aches, that part seems to get worse as you keep going. But soaking in a warm tub, getting a back massage, sleeping with a pregnancy pillow can all be really helpful.
