Does this look like I ovulated around CD 15? I never got a positive OPK, and I thought I wasn’t ovulating, but now I’m starting to second guess. My periods are NEVER more than 30 days so if I was going to ovulate, I would have already.

I interpret that chart as you ovulated around day 15.

It looks as though you are using a regular thermometer for temping. You should be using a basal body thermometer that will measure 2 decimal places which is more accurate. Also read up on the 3 over 6 rule for ovulation. In order to confirm ovulation your temperature will need to rise approximately .20 degrees or higher and stay elevated over the highest of the 6 previous temperatures. Just having a temp shift does not mean that ovulation happened. There is also such a thing as a slow rise after ovulation. Hope that helps!
