Working Out Advice
So before I got pregnant I did pilates 2-3 times a week and fit in an occasional other work out. By no means am I a super workout fiend (although it is eventually my goal), but I did try to keep myself in decent shape. I kept it going until I was 6w pregnant. Then all of a sudden I started having heavy bleeding with clots. After ER trips and an early OB visit it was determined I have a cervical polyp and would bleed throughout the rest of the pregnancy. This turned me off working out entirely (also sex but that is another issue). I was bleeding/spotting every day from 6w-9w. All of a sudden I stopped bleeding, even with sex. I am currently 10w2d and I feel good enough to want to start slowly getting back into an exercise routine. Any advice as to a light workout to start?
