Midwife and Doula
I'm going to be a first time Mom and was told by a couple of people to definitely get a Doula. I am going to deliver in a hospital and just trying to figure out if anyone has had experience with having a Doula? I know they differ from a Midwife, I'm just not sure I want to spend the money or if a Doula is even really needed.
