This is my natural bite, how do I fix if it is an overbite?

Your teeth look fine. It doesnt look like it's something that necessarily needs to be fixed, then again I'm not a dentist. I dont think invisalign fixes bit issues though. Youre likely going to need traditional braces to "fix" your bite with the rubber bands.

Yes you have an overbite, but most people do whether they’ve had braces or not. I had braces for almost 2 years and it didn’t do much for my overbite. And I could’ve had them on longer to fix the overbite but I was DONE after that long. It’s really not a big deal. 
But if it bothers you, the only way to fix it is braces. And they can cost a couple grand.
