Home test +ve but Beta HCG blood test indicates low count 😕

I missed my period due on Jan 26th and this is the transition of my home tests from the 6th day post AF due date to the 10th. The line seems pretty strong. My Dr suggested a Beta HCG blood test to confirm and my first test gave a 241.4. I have my second Beta HCG test after 48 hours and the count should double to be a positive sign. Am worried if 241.4 is a very low score to start off for a 4 or 5 week preg. Am scared to takeup my second test fearing the worst 😕 Has anyone else had such low scores initially? Pls help!
