Not 100% on that but my dr. Told me yesterday because of hormone fluctuation, she won’t test me until I start my next cycle.

Unfortunately, no they can’t. Birth control is synthetic hormones and therefore when your hormone level is checked, it will not be accurate. I would suggest stopping it and talking to your DR of course!
