HELP! Ease my mind...

So, I’m 5 weeks pregnant today, and I’m having some cause for concern. My son is almost 2 so I don’t really remember if this happened in my first pregnancy. But my symptoms seem to have disappeared. I had mild nausea, sore boobs, and frequent urination with some bloating and now that’s all gone, and I’m a little concerned.

Also, with my son, my lines got darker by the day, now they don’t seem to be getting darker. They’re just staying the same.. Anyone have similar experiences and the baby turned out fine?
