So I know most people say if your cramping hard accompanied with blood, it can possibly be a miscarriage. What happens if your cramps are mild with no spotting and all is good with your pregnancy symptoms still in tact. Can mild cramping be a “good” sign that the baby is still growing and developing in your uterus? My first US is not till 9 weeks, this is my first pregnancy. Only confirmation are my like 10 tests I’ve taken with blazing positives. I’m basically looking for signs that all is ok with baby until I finally see bang on the US.
