Going crazy

My period is due tomorrow or the day after and I'm feeling really sick and been having weird aches in my pelvic area it's so uncomfortable and it feels like someone's stabbing needles into my boobs I'm too scared to take a test as I'm supposed to be going for tests and I need to have three periods before I can have them done
