Super low supply

Hey y’all I had a over wheleming milk supply for 4 weeks and all the sudden it’s like I’ve dried up. I’ve tried pumping more eating lactation cookies power pumping more skin on skin and nothing is working. Any advise before i just give up and switch to formula?
