You need to temp every single day for your chart to be a more accurate indicator of ovulation & hormonal shifts throughout your cycle.  Also make sure you are temping every morning at the same time- before even sitting up in bed or drinking water- ANYTHING lol!

No. It needs to remain high for 15-18 days after ovulating. Way passed your expected period and you would already be getting a positive hpt. Bbt is only meant for ovulation tracking it won't tell you anything else
