So I’m actually just 18 right now, but my boyfriend (19) and I (for some reason) have been talking A LOT about kids lately, like picking out names and choosing which last name they’d get (both, btw). He’s also mentioning kids whenever he has the possibility to, for example every time I check if I took my birth control (almost never missed one, but I have terrible memory) he’s like “well, if you didn’t take it we’ll just have a son already”. And I’m actually both “shocked” and happy, because it’s obviously very sweet of him to want kids from be, but I mean... we’re young. Very young.

So, I was wondering: what do you think is the best age to start having kids? I’d only have two, I think, and I’ve always thought I’d be starting no sooner than 27/28 years old (since I’m going to be in university until 23 years old at least, and then I’d like to do everything right, so get married, get a nice job, a house...).
