How long does it take roughly for to hear back from courts once you’ve paid for it? also what will I expect to happen when I’m there, want as much info as possible so I know what to expect, thanks

EDIT: basically the ex has stopped dad from seeing the child, she’s says she’s trying to get dad off the birth certificate etc, have proof she’s lied about things regarding the child with regards to bullying other kids and being bullied etc (Proof off school). Father has been attending school meetings and assembly’s when he can but she tries to stop him. He’s offered money to her as csa but declined as she would rather him get more money took off him through csa themselves as she clearly loves seeing him struggle as he pays for other kids. (Csa take a little more for their benefit) she claims he’s an unfit father and a danger to his kids yet he sees his other children everyday. School have said they can’t stop him from going to meetings and assembly’s as they’ve not heard from any authority that he’s a danger or isn’t allowed contact (although she claims they have which was another thing to add onto the list of lies)
