IVF - success with minimal sperm?

My husband was recently diagnosed with

Klinefelter syndrome and recently went through surgery where they went into his testicle and surgically removed tissue in order to try and locate sperm so we could go through IVF. We were told today they were able to locate SOME 🙏🏻sperm just not a lot. He said between the two vials maybe a couple dozen. I was curious if anyone else went through something similar and if they found minimal sperm were you able to conceive through IVF? 🤞🏻🤞🏻
