Helllloooooo I got diagnosed with a hemorrhoid today and for some reason I think its more, like an infection or something. My symptoms are:

-Intense painful shooting pressure pain in my balloon knot while defecating. I'm not constipated at all.

-intense painful shooting pressure pain in my balloon knot while passing gas or holding it in

-pain lasts for 15 minutes after defecating and I can't even sit on my butt

-mild pain while walking/being alive in general

I have no other symptoms, there's nothing external to be seen or felt. I'm not itchy. Does this sound like an internal hemmy?
