So I have been getting pms symptoms, and i started with spotting when i went to the toilet. I saw a few drops of bright red blood so probably my period came. Later that night heavier flow came, but it stopped a moment later and changed to brown spotting. Still am spotting now. I'm sexually active btw. Need an opinion, even if it was for a day do you bleed when pregnant? Or this is just one of those messed up cycles caused by stress/hormones?

Any opinions would be really appreciated!!

Ps: i also had a negative pregnancy test and my pms symptoms have all went away.
