7 month old (formula fed) had a low grade fever over the weekend. Was brought back down by baby tylenol. No fever since. However he has been pooping non stop. Tried the BRAT diet (banana, rice, apple, toast) to harden his poop. His poo will be more solid some times and super runny/mucus the next (green in colour sometines)Baby appears happy, and again no sign of fever. He is also setting his diapers like normal.He is fussing a lil more with a bottle and eating. Is he sick or does he have a virus? Or do you think this could be teething. Been going on for 4 days. He also has a small diaper rash. Yucky poo pick included. Sorry haha. If not better by tomorrow, we will go to a walk in just to be safe.
