My fiancee and I have been TTC since June 2018 without success. I take folic acid, prenatals, we track my periods but I don't take my temp or take ovulation tests.

When would it ve acceptable to ask my doctor for help? I've heard some women say try for 1 year before going to the MD... My other 2 children came with no help at all! I practically looked at their father and got pregnant!

I'm 32 and he is 39. Not in bad health but not overly into fitness either.

Any advice would be great!
